Works better than others...
These are working out very well.
I had purchased belts for this old vacuum from _another_ vendor and every one (I bought a large multipack) "shattered" within the first 30 minutes of use. Those belts appeared to be OEM (they had identical markings, with the exception of the date code, and appeared to have identical construction as the ones that came with the vacuum). Perhaps they were stored poorly (based on the date code they were quite old) by the manufacturer or vendor.
Anyway, I was about to discard the vacuum but instead decided to taka gamble on VacBets.com's offering. When they arrived I noticed they didn't look like the OEM ones - in particular they were a bit more elastic - so I was a bit skeptical.
However, they work perfectly and after several hours of use, no problem.
(Oh, and I won the lottery - there were three in the package instead of two!!!).
Delivery etc met or exceeded expectations as well.
The downside is that I now have no excuse not to vacuum :(
