A: If you cannot find the belt you are looking for please Contact Us. Belts are what we do! With our resources and expertise, we can usually find the belt you are looking for, even if it is a rare or older model vacuum cleaner.

 

Q: Why is the new belt a different size than the old belt?

A: Most new vacuum belts will be drastically different in size (usually smaller and wider) than the used belts. This is due to the fact that belts stretch and wear as they are used. Most new belts usually require the belt to be pulled and stretched into place.

 

Q: Where is the model number located?

A: The model number for your vacuum cleaner is important for finding the correct belt you need and is usually found on the bottom or backside of the vacuum. It is most likely printed on a sticker label which includes other information about the machine. You can also find the model number in the owner's manual.

 

Q: What type of belt do I need?

A: There are several different types of vacuum belts. Each is specifically designed to fit a particular vacuum cleaner model. Q: What is vacbelts.com's return policy?

A: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a special case or have ordered the wrong belts please Contact Us, we can arrange an exchange for the correct belts you need. Belts are only eligible for exchange if they are in new condition and in the original packaging. If the belts have been used they will not be accepted for exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in the product return or exchange process. Also, all orders cancelled before being shipped or returned will be charged a $1.00 order processing and restocking fee, the balance of your order will then be refunded to your account.
